SystmOne Community Referral Management

This Module will provide you with the basic information needed to Register a patient within SystmOne, adding a Referral in as part of the Process.

To highlight what care the Service or team are providing, a Referral In will have to be created, amended and ended when moving through the patient journey for care. The Referral can be added as part of the registration process for a new patient which this module will focus on.
