This session is also suitable for those developing a research project and want to critically appraise what others have done in this area.
- To understand how to systematically examine research evidence to assess its validity, results, and relevance before using it to inform a decision
- To develop practical skills and tools to critical appraise quantitative research
- To develop practical skills and tools to critical appraise qualitative research
- To put these skills to use during the session to review papers
