A Wellbeing Session delivered by We Are Wellbeing focusing on better sleep

Getting a good night’s sleep is as important for our health and wellbeing as exercise and having a good diet is.

Many things can afffect how well we sleep including screen time and lack of routine, but not getting enough sleep over a prolonged period of

time can impact our memory and how alert we are and can also put strain on our relationships and quality of life.
