In this workshop we will explore burnout and its effects by creating an understanding and awareness about what burnout is and its signs and symptoms. We will also look at ways to slow down, ease the pressure and begin to regain control. Attendees will need to set an objective for what they would like to get out of this workshop and commit to actions resulting from the workshop to bring into their daily lives.
