Who is this course for?
 This workshop is aimed at anyone wanting to increase their skills and develop their ability to apply a coaching approach to their interactions.
Aim
To support the wider integration of coaching skills as part of the NECS’ culture of continuous improvement.
The session will provide:
- An introduction to coaching
- Opportunity to learn about the essential skills required
- An introduction to a useful model of coaching as well as the chance to practice with colleagues in a safe space
