The programme has been re-designed in response to the current challenges being faced by leaders . It is open to individuals who may be new to leadership roles or who would value the opportunity to reflect on and improve their skills and effectiveness.
The programme will be delivered through four, 2.5 hour sessions and will be held virtually for the first time, via Microsoft Teams.
The sessions will support attendees to understand how they have been affected by the current situation, how their personal preferences and style affects their response in addition to how they ‘show up’ and support others.
