It is important to give space and time to consider those things that we can do to help ourselves get through challenging times and strengthen our future responses. Our ‘resilience’ is something that is dynamic and responsive to how we are feeling / thinking and the environment or situation we are in. We can develop different ways of doing this which gives us a range of tools to use as situations change.
This session explains what resilient people do well and shares some of those tools to help participants build their resilience ’tool box’.
A 30 minute mindfulness session will be included – giving you the opportunity to take some time to be mindful and also learn mindfulness technique.
