Description
This course is for anyone within a primary care setting that makes a coded entry into a patient record. We look at the hierarchy within the clinical coding system, this not only helps the delegate to be sure that they choose or not to choose the correct code to be entered into the patient record but also how this can have an impact on QOF payments for practices
