Description:
To provide the skills to record a patient / clinician contact and view information within a patient’s electronic record.
Prerequisites:
Staff must have completed “Getting Started with EMIS” before attending this course, or have a good working knowledge of EMIS already.
Objectives:
- Overview of the home page
- Access and navigate the patient record
- Understand how data is stored within the patient record
- Start a consultation from the care record
- Change the details of the consultation and entering consultation data
- Use the Appointment Book and start an appointment consultation
- Use Data Entry Templates
- Recording Vaccinations
- Add an Acute Medication (If Needed)
- Amend or delete previously recorded data
