EMIS Training – Introduction to EMIS Reporting

This course is an introduction to using reports in EMIS Web. This course is best for users who have already attended the Introduction to EMIS Searches course or already know how to create searches. Reports are used to display data from searches so an understanding of how to build searches is essential.

Format:

A live training session via Teams, demonstrating EMIS Web Reports using a training GP unit. Trainees do not have to have the clinical system open; they will be watching the trainer use EMIS through Teams. Please ensure you can access Teams on your PC or laptop and that you have a working microphone.

• Running Pre-defined reports
• Amending Pre-defined reports
• Understanding Auto Reports
• Editing Auto Reports
• Exporting Report Results
• Creating a List Report
• Creating an Aggregate Report
• Creating a List of Patients

You must have an NHS email address to be able to use Teams and access these courses.  Confirmation of the course, which will include the Teams invites will be received once booked.
