A practical hands on session where Project Managers will :-

  • Understand the importance of, when setting up Programme and Project Status and Assurance monitoring as part of Programme and Project Governance arrangements Management, consideration is given to the NECS internal assurance standards (PRB).
  • Set-up and close a project in EPM Live that meets the NECS standards as set out in the Centre of Excellence.
  • Update and amend EPM Live using the system functionality to provide project assurance (reports)
  • Locate and navigate through the support documents in the Project Manager Centre of Excellence


Important Note for delegates:– Delegates need access to either a room with screen/speakers or be able to use a headset to join the web-ex element. They also need access to the LAN/Network or wi-fi to complete the practical EPM Live session.
