This session explores, from a very personal perspective, how you can take stock, gather your resources from the experience you have already and identify how you can continue to rise to the challenges you face through Covid in the most resilient way possible. The ability to ‘ride the waves’ is a great resilience tool which you can then apply to other areas of your life. This session will end in a mindful way – with a guided relaxation so that you don’t just leave feeling more in control, but also calm and relaxed.
