The session has been designed for those of you who are working differently – primarily from home now. Prepare to feel both challenged and supported on how you’re managing the boundaries between the private and professional versions of who you are.
Your ‘at work’ and ‘at home’ environment is the same and you need to continue to be effective in this new situation whilst also managing your health and wellbeing.
This short session shares current thinking about how best to achieve and maintain an effective work / life balance. A 30 minute mindfulness session will be included – giving you the opportunity to take some time to be mindful and also learn mindfulness technique.
