NECS Project Management Approach and Standards

Who is this course for?

B5 staff and above, with a level of understanding and/or are involved in the delivery of projects or programmes.

Sessions are designed to be interactive – allowing shared experiences and learning from each other, and therefore suitable for those who have formal project management experience and qualifications, as well as staff who are completely new to project management.

Aim

• Will ensure that all NECS staff take a standardised approach to project management.
• Through a practical introduction to the tools and processes of the NECS Centre of Excellence, participants will develop an understanding of how projects are managed within NECS and explore approaches to ensure internal and external expectations can be met.
• The interactive nature of the workshop will also give participants an opportunity to discuss any issues or concerns around live projects they are already working on.
