Description

This session will be held Face to Face – please also book onto Cohort 1 Sessions 1, 2 and 3

Session 4: the art of following others and building great teams
In this last session we pick up the collaborative working theme again, but now as a team member, not as a leader.

We will explore effective teams and the range of roles required in effective teams using the Benne and Sheats group roles and / or Belbin team roles model and how in a followership role, we need to bring our skills to the fore for the good of the team and complement what is there.

We will explore own strengths to identify what we bring to the team and how to use these to best effect. We will also explore the Lencioni model for ensuring teams are functional (rather than dysfunctional) and the Tuckman’s Model for team maturity, with detailed discussions around moving teams towards performing well.

Either the booking cut off time has passed, or you are unable to book a place on this event due to security restrictions, please contact NECSU.learning@nhs.net if you believe this to be incorrect.
