Description

To develop a thorough understanding for GP practice staff who view, add and amend GP records of how to structure and add entries to ensure they are complete, accurate, relevant, accessible, timely and summarised appropriately for those that need to use them (including patients themselves).  Demonstrate and look at the different nodes on the Clinical and Admin tree, and develop an understanding of the various sharing options available within the system.
