Description

This focuses on the many things you can do within a Teams meeting.

Prerequisites
A working knowledge of Microsoft Teams.

Course outline

  • Meeting Roles (Organiser/Presenter/Attendee) – who can do what?
  • Meet Now, Video Calls and Meetings – what’s the difference?
  • Meeting Options – e.g. Specify your Presenters ahead of time, Record Automatically, Disable mic/camera for attendees and more
  • Meeting Notes, Transcriptions, Whiteboard and Meeting Recordings
  • Spotlight – including multiple people
  • New look share screen – which options are best?
  • How to automatically or manually assign Breakout rooms
  • Main Breakout Room Settings – e.g. Set a time limit for rooms
  • Making an Announcement to all Breakout rooms
  • How Organiser can move in and out of Breakout rooms
  • Accessing the Chat Conversations for each Breakout room

The session will take between 45-55 minutes to complete and is followed by a Q & A which is optional to attend.
