A Wellbeing Session delivered by We Are Wellbeing focusing on Women’s Health

Creating healthy habits play an important role in helping women avoid disease, prolong life and living more happily.

But with daily life being busier than ever, juggling work, family and other committments means that wellbeing often falls to the bottom of the priority list.

This webinar highlights some of the leading causes of ill health in women and introduces positive actions that can be taken to support women’s wellbeing in the workplace.
