The CCG Hub application is a SharePoint based tool designed to provide storage for and collaboration on documents. It houses an Intranet system, team specific Workspaces for document storage, calendars, tasks and many other functions used in day to day work.


The CCG Hub is available to CCGs across the NECS supported area. The system allows users to share and manage documents easily and ensure that the documents are only accessible to those who require.

CCG Hub - Site Members

The CCG Hub course introduces a SharePoint based collaborative tool for storage and sharing of files through CCGs.

This course will introduce you to the workspaces for storing documents and managing document versions. Site owners will be shown how to set up users on the system, create and manage document libraries and lists. All people attending this course will be shown how to upload and manage versions of documents along with how to check out and check in documents to ensure only one final version is displayed. The course will also cover the use of tasks and calendars through the CCG Hub system and integration with MS Outlook.

CCG Hub - Site Owners

This course will cover all of the items on the Site Members course, along with managing access rights for users to specific workspaces and creating and maintaining libraries and lists.
