Why do you want to be an Educational Supervisor?

You need to think about why you want to be involved in Foundation training. Its a fantastic role to take on but it insult for everyone . The ones that are most successful and provide the best training experience do it because they want to give something back and make a difference.

The other aspects become the fringe benefits to the core objective. The personal statement that you write within the application needs to embody why you think you could make a great ES in terms of your skills as a person, your professional attributes and the quality of the work environment that the training will be carried out within.

Remember, a great place to work and train in is more than just having some posh kit to hand!
