Create Agendas in Microsoft Teams Meetings
The collaboration tools in Microsoft Teams allows you do the following in Teams meetings;
- Add a meeting agenda with assigned people per item along with an indication of time in minutes
- Add meeting notes
- Assign follow on tasks to people
It’s worth noting that all of the above can be edited before, during and after the meeting. And it’s not just the meeting organiser who can edit these things, all people invited to the meeting can edit them.
