QOF Visualisation Dashboards

The Primary Care Data Quality team have produced a number of visualisation dashboards to help practices monitor their QOF achievement and quickly target the patients who have outstanding work to be completed. Each dashboard also contains a web link to the QOF Guidance provided by NHS England for this year.

For each long-term condition with indicators, there is a dashboard displaying the register, prevalence and the details of each indicator with a link to the report containing any patients with work to be completed. The indicator detail is taken directly from the QOF guidance and gives the full description and requirements at a glance.

To access these visualisations, navigate to Reporting > Dashboards and Visualisations > Visualisation Overview, expand the folders NECS Data Quality > QOF and select the required visualisation.
