Description
As part of the Manager’s Passport, the Appraisal training covers:
- Delivering effective appraisals
- Providing appropriate support to employees throughout the process
- Managing objective setting in relation to the “what” and “how”
- Reviewing the employee’s performance and clearly summarising the agreed level of performance by awarding a talent score
Please note that these sessions are for FMG members initially so if you book a place and are not a member, your booking may be cancelled.
If you require any reasonable adjustments or accessibility support as part of the session, please let us know as soon as possible, or where possible a minimum of 2 weeks in advance of the training date.
