Content on the shared network drives are moving to Microsoft Teams from July 2025 onwards. This page contains information to help you with the transition.

Understanding the Teams navigation bar

The navigation bar is on the left side of the screen. Here you can switch between the different Teams apps. Learn more about the Teams navigation bar in this short video (3 min 19 sec).

Chat

Teams

Learn more about Teams and Channels. Set up public and private channels and assign members and owners. Know when to send a message as a chat or a post. Use the ‘at sign’ @ to get people’s attention. Upload files, create folders and MS office documents. (4 min video)
