Description
To develop a thorough understanding for GP practice staff who view, add and amend GP records of how to structure and add entries to ensure they are complete, accurate, relevant, accessible, timely and summarised appropriately for those that need to use them (including patients themselves)
Pre-requisite – Delegates should have attended the Clinical Coding course prior to attending this course

- How is a clinical record made up – using the clinical and administration tree options

- Problem management and how it supports good data quality
- Understanding data sharing and how it affects other organisations and services
