Description
Who is this course for?
- Aimed at those already involved in the management or delivery of projects and/or programmes and will provide a framework for making decisions about your project, which includes definitions of roles, responsibilities, and accountabilities of project staff.
Aim
- Provide project managers with the tools to build a robust governance framework of authority and accountability, in accordance with the NECS Project Management Approach.
- The interactive nature of the workshop will also give participants an opportunity to discuss any issues or concerns around live projects they are already working on.
Objective
- The session will provide a practical understanding of how to effectively manage governance within projects and programmes.
