Description

Who is this course for?

  • The course is aimed at those involved in the management or delivery of projects and programmes, who require an understanding of the change control / management process.

Aim

  • Understand how to manage change requests from initiation through to closure.
  • Be able to apply the difference approaches that may be required when dealing with small or more significant/major changes.
  • The interactive nature of the workshop will also give participants an opportunity to discuss any issues or concerns around live projects they are already working on.

Objective

  • The session will provide a greater understanding of the change management process and how to effectively manage change in projects and programmes in line with the NECS Project Management Approach.
