This course is for practices who don’t currently use Special Notes or want to know more about them.

This session was originally created for Derbyshire practices as DCHS are promoting the use of Special notes for home visit risks from July 2023 onwards. However practice staff from any of our customer regions should find it useful if they haven’t used Special Notes before.

This 30 minute training session was recorded via Teams, and takes you through:

  • What is a Special Note
  • Where do you see Special Notes in a patient’s record
  • How to add a Special Note
  • Configuration you may need to check
