Description

This session is aimed at line managers to provide them with tools and techniques to support undertaking a meaningful and quality career conversation. A career conversation is a way of identifying what skills and experience colleagues have and to understand their aspirations for future development.

If you require any reasonable adjustments or accessibility support as part of the session, please let us know as soon as possible, or where possible a minimum of 2 weeks in advance of the training date.
