Introduction to PivotTables and some of their basic features.
Prerequisites
A good working knowledge of Excel.

- Creating a basic PivotTable
- Building a PivotTable with multiple areas
- Using multiple numerical fields in Values area
- Hiding the PivotTable Fields list
- Refreshing PivotTable data
- Showing details behind the numbers
- Importance of cleansing data for accuracy
- Benefits of using an Excel Formatted table
- Working with columns added to a data source
- Modifying Value Field Settings
- Changing Grand Totals, Subtotals and Layout
- Using non-numerical fields in the Values area
- Grouping with date fields
- Using multiple fields in Filters area
The session will take between 45-55 minutes to complete and is followed by a Q & A which is optional to attend.
