Description

The Delivery at Risk (previously Bid to Cash) process session will detail the role of Heads of Service (and anyone involved in the preparation of bids or proposals) in reducing the risk of non-payment by our customers. The session will detail the Opportunity Management System (OMS) Stages and how opportunities are tracked against them. It will cover how the information in OMS is key both in the generation of Management Information and instructing Finance colleagues to invoice our customers. The escalation process and responsibilities of Business Development, Heads of Service and the Executive are also covered.

Please note the roles and responsibilities of the Delivery at Risk process are different to that of the Bid to Cash process.  Therefore anyone who previously attended the Bid to Cash sessions should attend this session too.

Please note that these sessions are for FMG members initially so if you book a place and are not a member, your booking may be cancelled.

If you require any reasonable adjustments or accessibility support as part of the session, please let us know as soon as possible, or where possible a minimum of 2 weeks in advance of the training date. This is to ensure that where feasible, appropriate accommodations can be put in place. If you have any concerns or queries in addition to this, then please contact the trainer/facilitator directly for a discussion.  Please contact Amanda Smallbone on amanda.smallbone@nhs.net
