Description
This session is tailored for those currently in a position of line management, overseeing colleagues on the NECS100 programme.
Our aim is to provide you with an understanding of the support offered by the NECS100 team, to clarify the responsibilities of line managers, and to provide relevant information on NECS100 pay increments.
If you require any reasonable adjustments or accessibility support as part of the session, please let us know as soon as possible, or where possible a minimum of 2 weeks in advance of the training date. This is to ensure that where feasible, appropriate accommodations can be put in place.
