Description

Who is the course for?

  • Up to Band 7 staff with little or no understanding of Project Management.

Aim

  • Provides an overview of the identification of a project and the purpose of project management with NECS.
  • Will explore the understanding of roles and responsibilities of a Project Manager
  • Provide an overview of the NECS standardised approach to project management and NECS project quality standards and assurance requirements.
  • The interactive nature of the workshop will also give participants an opportunity to discuss any issues or concerns around live projects they are already working on.

Objective

  • Participants will gain a high-level overview of NECS Project Management and an understanding of the tools and resources available to ensure a standardised approach is maintained.
