Description
Who is this course for?
- The course is aimed at those involved in the management or delivery of projects and programmes, who require an understanding of how to complete a best-in-class Project Initiation Document (PID).
Aim
- Understand the purpose and level of content required to complete a fit for purpose PID, in accordance with the NECS Project Management Approach.
- Have an understanding how the PID information links to other NECS standard documentation, and/or alternatives that may be used.
- The interactive nature of the workshop will also give participants an opportunity to discuss any issues or concerns around live projects they are already working on.
Objective
- The session will provide a practical understanding of how to effectively complete a Project Initiation Document in accordance with the NECS Project Management Approach, together with practical advice and support.
