Description
This session is on the REACT MH Conversations model, which has been developed by March on Stress and is being rolled out across the NHS.
REACT MH can be used to have a difficult conversation with a colleague who may not appreciate they are struggling or know they are but might not want to or be able seek help.
This session is intended to be a safe space and there will be points where we are talking about trauma, if you need to take a moment then that’s fine.
