Description

Resilience is the ability to ‘bounce back’ when things don’t go as planned. These practical sessions have been designed to provide colleagues with the tools and techniques available, how they can increase personal resilience, potential trigger points and provide peer support to one another.

The aim of this session is to provide you with tools and techniques to help you support others when experiencing change and help them to identify their personal resilience levels and what steps they can take to increase.

Other sessions that are also relevant to this session that are available on the learning site are ‘General Resilience’ and ‘Resilience – Managing Yourself Through Change’.

If you require any reasonable adjustments or accessibility support as part of the session, please let us know as soon as possible, or where possible a minimum of 2 weeks in advance of the training date. This is to ensure that where feasible, appropriate accommodations can be put in place. If you have any concerns or queries in addition to this, then please contact the trainer/facilitator directly for a discussion.  Please contact Callum Johnson – kerry.jones7@nhs.net
