You must be able to attend all five workshops.  The Training is aimed at Band 8b and above.

Module 3 – Tues 12 March 09:30 – 12:30 – Online (Zoom)

Module 4 – Thurs 21 March 09:30 – 12:30 – Online (Zoom)

Module 5 – Tues 16 Apr 13:30 – 16:30 – Online (Zoom)

Module 6 – Thurs 2 May 13:30 – 16:30 – Online (Zoom)

The NECS Strategic Leadership Development Programme has been designed to give participants a tailored learning experience.  It begins with access to a 360-degree feedback tool and coaching session which enables you to identify your areas of strengths and developments so you can focus on specific areas as we go through the programme.  There are 5 workshops in total that you will need to attend.

The programme is externally facilitated and consists of two elements.  The first is focused on understanding self and how we can be our authentic selves in our leadership role.  This first element is delivered face to face over one full day.   The second focus is on how we use this knowledge in leading and developing effective teams and build resilience.  These make up the remaining 4 modules and are all half-day, delivered on-line via Zoom.
